Police arrested "CARL DE GUZMAN" the third and the last suspect in the killing of the "UPLB" student Rey Bernard Peñarada. De Guzman was captured last Friday before 2pm at BRG. Tagas, Daraga, Albay in a hot per suite operation.
The suspect was captured, and the two other suspects in the killing of Rey Peñarada are in the police custody right now. The Other Two suspect was surrendered last thursday.
The two suspects were identified as Joseph Beltran "Sepo" and Tyrone Kennedy Terbio.
Melad also said that the two suspect Carl De Guzman and Tyrone Kennedy Terbio is also involve in a various Drug dealing case and a series of robbery incidents in Los Baños.
One of the suspects "Sepo" also admitted that he is with De Guzman and Terbio when they robed the said BS-Agriculture student.
The Police Director of Laguna, expressed his thought and said that they were not really pressured in identifying the three suspects.
But Laguna Police Director Cruz then said that after this case they will soon investigate the Police whose name's linked to this case.
Director Cruz said that they will surely use the testimonies of suspects for the investigations and to file a case for those police who are surely involve in this case.
